The First Ride Experience is designed especially for young children, complete beginners and anyone who simply wants to meet the horses and enjoy a gentle introduction to riding. No previous experience is necessary.
Before setting off, your guide will introduce you to your horse, help you feel comfortable in the saddle and explain the basics of correct riding posture. You will then follow a short, carefully controlled route along the first forest trails of Pertouli.

Children from approximately 4-5 years old can usually participate in the 15-minute experience. For younger riders, the horse is led by hand by an experienced guide for additional safety.
Yes. This is a highly controlled introductory experience, and the guide remains close throughout the route to help you feel comfortable and secure.
Long trousers, such as jeans or comfortable sports trousers, are recommended to avoid irritation from the saddle. You should also wear closed-toe shoes.
