Into the forest.
At the rhythm of the mountain.
Slow down with the landscape.
Connect with every step.
Experience the forests and meadows of Pertouli in one of the most natural ways possible: on horseback. Away from engines and busy roads, the landscape takes on a quieter rhythm where the journey matters as much as the destination.
The trails lead beneath tall fir trees and through the mountain environment surrounding the Pertouli Meadows. From the saddle, there is time to notice the sounds of the forest, breathe in the fresh air and experience the landscape without rushing through it.
You do not need to be an experienced rider. Our calm, well-trained horses are accustomed to people and recreational riding, while experienced guides remain with you throughout the experience and help you become comfortable before setting off.
Short rides offer children and first-time riders a gentle introduction, while longer routes take you further into the forest and towards open clearings where the surrounding mountains become part of the view.
More than simply another way to explore, horseback riding creates a different connection with Pertouli: slower, quieter and shaped by the movement of the animal beneath you.
A gentle first ride.
Or a longer journey into the forest.
Choose the experience that best matches the way you want to explore. Start with a short introduction to horseback riding, follow the shaded trails deeper into the fir forest, or spend a full hour discovering hidden paths and open mountain clearings.
Every ride begins with a short introduction to your horse and basic riding instructions, making the experience approachable even if you have never been in the saddle before.

Quiet trails beneath the firs.
Open meadows beneath the mountains.
Pertouli offers a setting that feels naturally made for horseback exploration. Forest trails wind beneath tall fir trees, while the famous Pertouli Meadows create open spaces where the surrounding mountain landscape comes fully into view.
Without the sound of engines or busy roads, the pace of the ride allows you to experience the forest differently. You notice the changing light between the trees, the sounds of the woodland and the quiet movement of the horse beneath you.
With experienced guides and horses accustomed to recreational riding, the experience is as much about connection as exploration: with the animal, with the landscape and with the slower rhythm of life in the mountains.
Leave the noise behind.
Ride into something quieter.
Step into the saddle and discover a side of Pertouli that unfolds slowly. Follow peaceful trails beneath the fir trees, cross open mountain clearings and experience the landscape without rushing through it.
Every ride is a chance to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with something simpler: the movement of the horse, the sounds of the forest and the feeling of being surrounded by the mountains.
Choose your route, meet your horse and let the journey begin.
Some landscapes are better discovered slowly.
